Witnessing to beach-babes
I took my kids Mike and Larissa to the beach this morning as the day was just too perfect to waste! It was sunny with very little wind, and the ocean was looking just divine! We have three children and one preteen in the home (two of these of course being my own kids) and we live two blocks from Recreio Beach, so anytime I get a chance that’s where I take them for exercise or just to chill.
Anyway, I get to the beach and what do I find but two absolutely gorgeous girls sunbathing! (Yet another one of those things we just have to ‘live with’ here in Rio de Janeiro! 
) Though totally contrary to my somewhat shy personality, I decided to approach them. This I did, and after explaining a little about the Family and what we do, I also told them about our new blog project (Live the Creed) and mentioned that if they would let me take a picture of them, it would help to make my account of the beach trip the best blog post ever! Maybe they suddenly became shy because they said "no" (oh bother!) and I was left with this strange story that I don’t know if anyone will believe. I did give them a tract though, and they said they would check out the Family website. I think their names were Andressa and… hmm, I can’t seem to remember the other girl’s name. I wont forget them oh-so-soon though. Count on it.
