Proving Jesus?

Vas writes:The other day I asked a friend of mine to ask Jesus if He was real, and if so to prove Himself. I did tell my friend that he needed to be willing to change his life though if he was going to expect an answer, because answers like that don’t just come for free. In reply my friend asked me to ask Jesus if He was indeed the only way.
So I did ask Jesus, and it was faith building for me as well. Although I already know that Jesus is the only way, there is much in this world that tries to tell you otherwise. Satan the deceiver doesn’t just stand there with a pitchfork! He’s far more clever and subtle than that. The Bible says that “If it were possible he would deceive the very elect”. (The “elect” being those who are completely and utterly devoted to belief in Jesus.) So I prayed, and a little one-on-one time with Jesus was all I needed to help clear any doubts away. When my friend asks me what Jesus said, I’ll tell him. Not to convince him, but to recount what Jesus said to me. My friend can make his own choice after that. One thing that Jesus told me that I thought was cool was that He was the only one who ressurected someone from the dead as well as being the only religious leader who said He was our Savior. He indeed is my Savior! As well as being the One who fills that void in my life that my wife, kids and material possessions can’t fill.
