High tea and packing

Had High Tea with the whole family (my Dad has two brothers and seven sisters), which was more like a huge lunch. Ate a large bowl of Ice Kachung, a Malaysian specialty (beans, jelly, syrup and lotsa crushed ice, tastes good without the beans).

All of us kids went bowling and I lost. Then we all went to my Grandmothers house… listened to stories about my dad growing up, he sounded really naughty, heh heh. It was so loud with everyone talking at once. Great fun. At around ten thirty they decided to call it a night and after some of them left, everyone else went out to Makun (eat). My sister went over to one of cousins house for a sleepover, and I started packing and got to bed earlier than usual.

The next day was to be my last in Kuala Lumpor. I felt blessed and happy. I had a really good time and got to do and see so much. I really enjoyed just being a kid again, playing around and enjoying the sights—haven’t done that in years. Spent some time reading and praying, then cleaning up the house with my aunt. I packed some more before taking my bags to some weighing scales where I found one suitcase to be too heavy. So… repacking, argh!!! I like packing. Another good thing was that my cousin signed up for a subscription of our Activated magazine and I was quite happy about that.
