Update on band

Vas writes: In my last blog I informed you of our teenage band with no name. By the way it consists of four girls 15 to 17 year olds and one boy the drummer 13 years old the son of the drummer of the Luna Llena band. But just to keep you informed the Luna Llena band is making a lot of progress. In the beginning I wasn’t sure as it was sounding pretty rough as we were feeling things out and trying to do something completely new something that would really appeal to the people in México. But now it’s coming together. We have developed quite a happy sound and it just might work as so many struggle with severe depression and this happy lively sounding music may help as well as the powerful message of Gods love it brings.
Before in other bands I was in we played quite heavy music (hard rock) but for here in México it seems the audience is quite small for this style and now I feel we’re getting closer if not hitting the mark of what the majority of the people in Mexico like. Of course this is a pioneer effort and one thing about pioneers is they sometime have to find out where it ain’t a bit in order to find where it is. The difference between adventurers and pioneers is that pioneers eventually find what they are looking for whereas adventurers are there to experience the adventure but not there to actually create or discover anything. I think before I was a bit of an adventurer and happened to discover things and while that’s nice I don’t think I accomplished as much as I could have but now I have a vision to find what I am looking for and that is a platform to preach a deeper message of communion with, and love for Jesus that the country of Mexico will receive with open arms. Maybe I have found out “where it ‘aint” enough already and now am finding what I was looking for, I guess we’ll see.
