Life in The Family International

Spending lots of time meeting and talking to relatives. Meeting relatives is somewhat of a paradox. I mean, in some cases you don’t know them at all, you’ve never met them, but when you do there is an almost instant connection or bond or something? Who knows.

We went over to the College where my cousin studies (Simon Fraser University). She was a great guide and we spent a great part of the day walking across campus, then catching up on her life over a great lunch. Then spent the rest of the evening with my Aunties.

(Deepa is on a brief hiatus from active missionary work. She is traveling to visit family in SE Asia and Canada before returning to India. Enjoy her travelog!)

Deepa is a member of The Family International and is a missionary, tutors a group of 4 teens, does social and humanitarian projects, markets educational products, sells Activated magazine subscriptions, does Christian counseling, sing for a band, part time secretarial work, and other things too because my life is full of surprises.
