Frances @ 2 weeks

Joni writes: Well, Frances is officially two weeks old today and we are loving her! Heh, I had many, mighty plans of all that I was going to accomplish while resting and taking it easy after my daughters’ birth—but life seems to be screaming at me “fat chance!” It’s amazing how quickly the end of the day rolls around and all the little things, important, but routine have taken up all my time. I have to continually remind myself that my most important job is my children and all the little and big things that go into their care and happiness.
One of my daughters has been the most affected emotionally by the new baby it seems and I’ve been trying to spend extra time with her, doing fun things together, things she likes and letting her help me with the new baby is absolutely her most favorite thing and makes her feel a part. These things take time and thought and prayer but you know, that’s what I love. I’m so glad the Lord has blessed me with all these beautiful children.

Wow, she looks much older than two weeks! What a cute little baby. How many have you got now? You may or may not remember me, Mercy Iman Mooney. Kylie from Australia when we were about 11. You sure turned out gorgeous. Love to your mum, dad, and sister.

Of course I do remember you Kylie! I’ve often thought of you and wondered where you were. Where are you now? We have five kids now. I read another comment from you talking about your boy…I would love to see a pic. Lots of love to you!
