To the coast…Day 1
We planned to leave at 4:00 am, but somehow that didn’t materialize and we left more around six-thirty. The first two hundred Kilom’s were pretty uneventful, I think I slept through most of it in the back seat. But soon enuf the car started acting up and we had to stop and a couple places along the way to locate the problem and finally fix it. Made the journey a big longer and more eventful. we arrived in Chennai later then we expected, ended up staying at a home there.
My parents have known this family for like eons. They live right beside the beach, before anything else took a walk down the beach and only ended up home one and a half hours later (with a couple nice photographs).
Had a nice dinner with them and a rock’m’sockem (in true 80’s family lingo) inspiration. Quite tired so I feel asleep almost immediately.
