Life in The Family International

Joni writes: Today I got my little girls’ (Tiffany and Andrea) school a bit more organized. Yes! I really accomplished something today. I’m happy. They’re growing up so fast, I feel like I’m not even realizing it, but I’ve gotta keep reminding myself how much I can pour into them. It seems like I only read to them this illustrated version of Psalm 23 a couple of times but I asked Ttiffany to quote it to me this morning and she can quote the whole thing…oh, the rewards of parenting. And Andrea is finally “sitting” for flash cards and input…of course she also gets input other ways, but she’s my wiggle worm for sit down school time, she still won’t sit for a video, she needs a lot of action. Her new thing is walking out of the room saying “be right back,” I guess that’s what I tell her all the time—hee! (Back at ya Mom!)

Vas and Joni are members of The Family International and are fulltime missionaries in Mexico. Vas helps to organize outreach, writes, records and produces music, plays in a band, performs and does shows, counsels young people and engages in evangelism. Joni teaches her four children, evangelises, performs and does shows, sings and records and assists The Family childcare board. More about Vas and Joni
