Life in The Family International

Joni writes: Maybe it’s becoming family tradition? Well, I don’t know, but we made a cookie train again this year (second year in a row) with the kids. It is just a fun family project. The kids had a great time making it…heh…and so did we. It’s such a cool activity with so many fun parts to it—shopping together for the right shaped cookies and goodies, making the train, eating it…I think it’s so much fun for them to be making something that they know they’ll also get to eat. Andie enjoyed mixing the food coloring into the icing, which you’ll see by the picture, and we all enjoyed designing.

Vas and Joni are members of The Family International and are fulltime missionaries in Mexico. Vas helps to organize outreach, writes, records and produces music, plays in a band, performs and does shows, counsels young people and engages in evangelism. Joni teaches her four children, evangelises, performs and does shows, sings and records and assists The Family childcare board. More about Vas and Joni
