The Family Feast
Joni writes: We’re going into three days of what you could call a “spiritual retreat.” Every year in The Family International we have three days of what we call “The Feast.” It’s a time when we’re able to stop all our other work and “Feast” on God’s Word, have some uninterrupted time to meditate, pray and enjoy just relaxing. I’ve been working on organizing the program for the children for the next three days. They have a bunch of fun games, songs and projects planned to keep them busy while the adults are resting, reading and enjoying. Each activity has learning value… so they’ll be having a little “feast” themselves. I’m SO looking forward to it. I know I need to stop… it’s here at a perfect time.
