Life in The Family International

Joni: Today was my day off. I finished a really great book I was reading. The story of Saint Valentine. I very much enjoyed it, it spoke to me in personal ways and got me thinking. Spent the rest of the day mostly in my closet, cleaning, organizing, getting rid of stuff…ahh I love it, the satisfaction of knowing I’m a lot more organized than the day before. My sons’ birthday is coming up so spent some time checking out some lego sites to see what’s "in" in the lego world. All in all, I had a great day. I feel relaxed and satisfied with my accomplishments (maybe a little of the work-a-holic in me.) Well, when the husband’s not here what is there to do but work. He’ll be happy… he loves clean closets you know

Vas and Joni are members of The Family International and are fulltime missionaries in Mexico. Vas helps to organize outreach, writes, records and produces music, plays in a band, performs and does shows, counsels young people and engages in evangelism. Joni teaches her four children, evangelises, performs and does shows, sings and records and assists The Family childcare board. More about Vas and Joni
