Life in The Family International

Joni: Vas is coming back tomorrow from a trip to India where he and Godfrey helped out at a youth camp that was held there. I can’t wait to see him! I’m sure he’ll have lots of stories to tell and I want to hear all about India again. I love India. Grew up there. I’m just a tad bit jealous that I couldn’t go…even if just to eat some tandori chicken with a nan and mango pickle and maybe some paneer and samosas….ok enough, I’m wallowing in self-pity now. No really, they’re there on a much nobler cause than to eat Indian food but I’m sure that was one of the cherries on top. One day I’ll have to go there again. I’m sure he’ll be posting about his trip and all the excitment so check back.

Vas and Joni are members of The Family International and are fulltime missionaries in Mexico. Vas helps to organize outreach, writes, records and produces music, plays in a band, performs and does shows, counsels young people and engages in evangelism. Joni teaches her four children, evangelises, performs and does shows, sings and records and assists The Family childcare board. More about Vas and Joni
