Thoughts on the present

Vas: Here’re some thoughts on the present. Pioneering something like this home and the different ministries we feel God calling us to do is a big job. I am realizing how disorganized I am and it is extremely good for me to be in this situation because I feel that this is one of the few ways if not the only way I will develop certain good habits that I need to live a productive life. I am happy to be in this situation, although sometimes I Iet the stress of all there is to do get to me; building a well-rounded missionary work, “how we are going to pay our bills?” or concern for the happiness of the people in our home… all of this burdens me.
I guess living by faith can be stressful if one forgets to throw their cares on Jesus. I see God do so many miracles for our situation that I should have more faith that he will not leave us nor forsake us. I do have the faith, I’m just guilty sometimes letting it weigh heavy on my mind. In the Family we have a saying that says “rise above.” This is something we are being taught to do and has been emphasized by Maria and Peter. In order to perform the miracles in the up-and-coming tribulation, we will need to hone the ability to rise above the circumstances and hard situations we find ourselves in and expect the miracles we need in that instant. I will say that this has been a big focus of mine during the past 7 months of embarking on this endeavor.
