Life in The Family International

If I start to backlog for all the blog posts I’ve missed… well, I would get a very bad bad headache and would probably be too confused to know where to start. So for now, hello again to you all! I have not been hibernating, but rather working on some very important projects, the details of which I shall divulge in this blog.

For starters, the school that we started for children from the Bangalore slums now has acquired a third classroom! This is terrific, because it means that 10 more children will now be able to receive free education and then placements into other schools through our little school. Well, little is much if God is in it, as a wise person once said, and I’m thrilled to see the school take off. Now that we finished setting it up (I have to take a pic of the mural ‘it’s too cute yaar’ as it would be said here) the next challenge is to find sponsors for these 10 kids. Challenges, challenges… there’s some more I shall speak of – next time! Ta ta!

Vincent and Sara are second-generation members of the Family International and are fulltime volunteers in India. Vincent conducts Outreach activities, designs for Family brochures, and helps in the managerial aspects of Family life. Sara runs a Baby School for Family babies and toddlers, organizes open forums and activities for teenagers, does secretarial and organizational work, and conducts motivational classes for students.
