But from my limited experience......make sure you bring lots of mints for all who will be helping you with the breathing!!! :-) Something that really helped me in labor was to pour hot water on my back in the shower..........it really gave me some relief for a while. It's good to not expect the labor to be too easy...which is what I did with my first and wasn't prepared. But you never know, some women do have it easy. Regardless, having a baby always has been the most thrilling experience of my life. I always say when I hold my baby for the first time "I would do that again."
