Life in The Family International

Joni: We took the kids to the park the other day to pass out tracts and to pray with those that wanted to receive Jesus. They did so well at practicing their Spanish too and all of them have memorized a little prayer to pray with people and they say it with such boldness and sincerity, it’s really precious. I had tears in my eyes a couple of times after watching them pray with someone. They really want to make Jesus happy by saving souls. They distributed 114 tracts and prayed with 27 people to receive Jesus as their personal Savior– and all in the space of one hour! The Lord sure gave them a treat for doing His work, as the next day which is our family day; the children were able to play all afternoon at this really great jungle themed park with bumper boats, go karts and a huge play place by invitation of the manager! But…I’ll save that for my next post.

Vas and Joni are members of The Family International and are fulltime missionaries in Mexico. Vas helps to organize outreach, writes, records and produces music, plays in a band, performs and does shows, counsels young people and engages in evangelism. Joni teaches her four children, evangelises, performs and does shows, sings and records and assists The Family childcare board. More about Vas and Joni
