Exercise

So we are having somewhat of an exercise revolution we are. In fact, not just us, but members of The Family International all around the world are probably evaluating their health and exercise habits, making new ones, etc. This area of our lives is being stressed more and more importance is being put on keeping physically fit and healthy. The benefits are endless as you all know, so I won’t preach about it here. I personally prayed and got a weekly plan for myself. I was finding out that I was getting lazy in my exercise routine and I excused myself being 7 months pregnant and that I couldn’t be expected to
- do as much workout. True, I don’t have as much time as others and we do put in long hours……but I have kind of determined that at least I shouldn’t blame my pregnancy for my lack of exercise. So anyway after getting quiet and asking God for guidance for my personal plan – here it is.Monday: This is my off day, so I put in a good hour here. Some light weight training, stretching and treadmill.
Tuesday: I am out all day on this day working on a variety of projects and usually get back just in time to take Kaila, so at least have to fit 15 min on the treadmill today.
Wednesday: Office work, so again the one hour of exercise. I do a workout video here.
Thursday: Childcare Day, but will fit at least 15 min to 30 min
Friday: One hour
Saturday: Family day, one hour.
Sunday: Childcare Day, at least 15 min
Anyway, not that this is too interesting, but I average an hour of exercise a day for 4 days a week and at least 15 min to half an hour on the others. This works well for me, even though I still have to change my mindset that I’m not wasting time when I take an hour off for exercise.
