A while ago this “free hugs” video clip started making the rounds in cyberspace, and apparently has become quite the fad! I love the idea and think everyone should carry around one of those signs. It’s a great way to get to know people, pass out tracts… and just have fun! We haven’t done it yet here in Cuernavaca, (I’ve been loath to organize it, since any form of standing and walking is a pain when your stomach weighs a ton) but one of our teens went with the homes in Mexico City, and Gabe Rucker in Veracruz uploaded photos and a video for our delight. After many years of doing office-type missionary work, Florecita is testing her hand as a field missionary. She is currently the counselor of a group of teenagers, does outreach, restaurant singing… and anything that is needed to help her center and its projects keep momentum. She is also an aficionado of photography and hopes that with it she can show the world a little more of The Family International, its projects, and the wonderful people in it. More about Flo
