It’s a GIRL!
Yes, we found out a few weeks ago but haven’t had a chance to blog about it yet. Well, not much to blog about regarding that I guess but just the fact that we seem to have the “making baby girls” down pretty well–lol. It’s like I just knew what the doctor was going to say during the sonogram “It’s a girl.” Of course I’m happy, and now that I’ve gotten used to it I’m completely fine but we were hoping for a boy at first. I think it’ll be so cute to have four little girls in a row though. Poor Chad, I think he really wanted a little brother. Although he is blessed to have 4 boys around his same age to live and play with all day! I’m so thankful for that or I think I would feel a little more sad for him. He was sitting next to one of my friends the other day and she asked him how he felt about the new baby coming and he said “I really hope Mommy has a boy.” And she, thinking that he must not have heard the news said “Well, I think it’s going to be another little girl this time.” Chad said “No, for the next baby I mean.” Ha! Well, my kids somtimes tell me their plans for the sibling line up: “Next you can have a boy, then you can have twins–twin girls, then twin boys etc.” “Oh yeah, no sweat, ok ;)” Now we are in the throes of name choosing.
